Stoddart Karawatha Experience

Representatives from all over the country came together for presentations, tours, and an exclusive look at our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen equipment as part of the Stoddart Karawatha Experience event. A delicious lunch was enjoyed, along with valuable networking opportunities.

The Karawatha Experience was truly inspiring as we witnessed the culinary masterpieces created by the incredibly talented Peter Kuruvita. The mouth-watering Black pepper curry leaf king prawn kottu and the refreshing North Queensland mango kulfi, pistachio, and coconut were absolutely delightful. The delicious drinks provided by Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. were a perfect complement to the meal. The evening was unforgettable.

The next day saw us visiting Heads of Noosa Brewing Co., an Australian craft brewery located in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. The brewery was passionate about lagers and dedicated to producing high-quality, enjoyable beers. The brewery tour was amazing, and we indulged in their fantastic beverages.

Next, we discovered ALBA by Kuruvita, a hidden gem in Noosa Heads. This venue served as a vibrant hub for food and drink, showcasing Sunshine Coast produce and embracing the local community. ALBA offered a diverse culinary experience, including a café, providore, pizzeria, cocktail bar, and linen-set restaurant. Peter Kuruvita treated us to a captivating demonstration, followed by a delightful evening of mouth-watering food and engaging conversation.

The gathering of representatives from across the country provided a remarkable platform for collaboration, education, and culinary exploration and we cannot wait until the next one!
