Halton UVL Low Sidewall hoods are designed for efficient capture and extraction of the emissions from fryers and grills in Quick Service Restaurants where treatment of vapours & odours is required before discharging air into sensitive environments. The Capture Jet™ effectively captures the contaminated air with minimum exhaust airflow, the flame arrestor filters efficiently separate particles from the thermal plume and the Capture Ray™ UV-C neutralizes grease vapours and associated odour.
- Kitchen Exhaust Hood must be low height sidewall type (1) with Capture Jet™ UL1046 Certified Cyclonic Filters and Capture Ray™ UV-C lamps as well as T.A.B.™ pressure ports and LED Down lights
- The hood will be designed to performance standard ASTM1704 and manufactured from 1.2 mm AISI 304 Satin Finish with fully welded exhaust plenum
The hood will be supplied with ANSUL fire suppression and Plate Shelf option or perforated Front for integrated makeup air.
