    The Slimline Island Buffet by Culinaire® provides a practical, high performance solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve and in crib situations. The full-length fan-forced refrigeration system, mounted to the base of the cold well, provides an even and effective air temperature control system. This proven system provides the optimum temperature to keep the product cooler for longer in challenging environments. Options: Removable tray race (sold separately).
