Cold Wells are supplie complete with an integrated surround. The full-length fan-forced refrigeration system, mounted to the base of the cold well, provides an even and effective air temperature control system. This system provides the optimum temperature to keep the product cooler for longer. All Cold Wells are designed to hold the product between 2?C and 5?C in 32?C ambient temperature and are available from 3-8 modules long.
