The Stoddart range of Island Buffets provide a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications. The heated buffet uses the standard Culinaire drop-in Bain Marie with Gantry. The Island Buffets' are available with a variety of finishes to the base unit including stainless steel, stone and laminated tops with either stainless steel or joinery cladding to the base. The stone, laminate and joinery cladding are available from a selected range. Other finishes and configurations are available upon request.
