Boathouse Restaurant - Regatta Hotel
After lengthy delays in the renovation process (Due to the devastating floods in Brisbane in 2010), the Spirit Hotel Group reopened the iconic Boathouse Restaurant at the Regatta Hotel. The design brief was for a completely open kitchen, meaning all cooking equipment would be visible - creating in itself a challenging scenario. In conjunction with Spirit Hotels, Dreamtime Architects and Fire and Ice, a design was formulated which solved any and all issues before they occurred and provided the client with a functional kitchen that can serve high quality meals to a 200 seat capacity.
Utilising Electrolux 900XP high performance char grills, solid tops and cooktop burners in addition to several Adande undercounter refrigerated drawers, the Boathouse is back better than ever.
New South Wales
Ete Restaurant is a new addition to the dining scene in Bangaroo, Sydney. The owner and chef, Drew Bolton, personally specified the equipment for the new restaurant and is a big fan of Electrolux commercial kitchen equipment.
With an Electrolux 700XP, 10 tray Electrolux combi oven, Electrolux refrigeration, and Electrolux dishwasher alongside Adande drawers and a Culinaire glasswasher, the restaurant has the resources to produce some amazing culinary experiences.
Stokehouse Q, located on the far end of the South Bank precinct, hosts spectacular views of the Brisbane CBD and the Brisbane River. The Electrolux Professional Thermaline suite was installed to replace a previous lineup, and creating a new kitchen layout to accommodate.
Electrolux combi ovens and blast chillers, Electrolux induction units and modular units were added in conjunction with other Stoddart supplied equipment.
