A Planned Maintenance service includes several checks of key components to ensure the equipment is working correctly. Water filters on combi ovens are being replaced as per the guidelines in the Service Manuals.

Yes. Equipment can be added or deleted off the agreement, making it as flexible as you need it to be.
No. Once your Service agreement is in place, the Stoddart Customer Service Team will contact you just before the due date of your next service. We will arrange a suitable date and time to carry out the service. We will keep track of it for you.
Agreements can be signed for a 12 month period or a 24 month period - whatever suits you best.
