The Culinaire® range of Island Buffets provides a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications. The heated buffet uses the Culinaire® under bench Bain Marie with Gantry (Refer to CR.BMC.U.GSB for details). The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavyduty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment.
