The fitout is a brand new kitchen, this area was previously part of the dining room. Stoddart Chef Vito Marianno (pictured in the blue) provided comprehensive training with the client (and a few laughs along the way), a service Stoddart provide with every Electrolux Combi oven sold.

Uccello, the Italian restaurant in Sydney's landmark Ivy project, uses Elco 900 modular equipment in its open kitchen. It's appropriate that fine Italian food is prepared on fine Italian equipment. No surprises then to see great reviews coming in.

The Australian Dollar this morning opened at under US67 after volatile overnight trading. The Aussie looked a little stronger during Monday's local trade with news of the Chinese economic stimulus package. It is hoped this wil improve commodity prices. This led to an overnight high of 0.6984 before falling to a session low of 0.6670. The Aussie remains relatively stable against the Euro at just over 52c.

St John of God Hospital in Perth are have ordered two Electrolux Flight dishwashers. After an extensive selection process the Hospital chose Electrolux over the alternatives.

Whilst the other brands were attempting to sell their machines direct to the client, the Electrolux package is being supplied by local dealer Caterlink.

Sydney's huge new multi-restaurant venue, Ivy, has changed the specification of modular cooking equipment to all Electrolux for its new kitchens.
